Edward “Eddie” started Dolphin in 1991 after identifying a need in the market for highly agile, solution oriented general contractors who consistently produce high quality projects on time and on budget. Before creating Dolphin, Eddie was in the construction field for over twenty years. He was a highly sought after construction expert with a reputation for insuring jobs were done correctly and on budget. He was recruited to perform commercial construction projects in remote almost in accessible areas in the Caribbean, recruited to project manage other commercial projects in New York City that other contractors had walked away from as impossible. Eddie is a highly skilled construction professional with over 30+ years’ experience managing everything from huge multi-million dollar commercial projects to multi-million public projects to insuring small quirky hard to do projects are successful. Eddie is very adept at executing extensive design plans, and increasing bottom-line profits. He has extensive expertise supervising entire project scopes from conception to final inspections, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion, and high levels of customer delight. Eddie is highly respected in the Tri-State area for his business and for his community efforts.
Eddie attended Westchester Community College for Engineering, and received an AS in Engineering. Eddie also attended New York University (NYU) majoring in Construction Management.

Prior to joining Dolphin, Theresa was in Senior Executive and management roles with Protegrity Inc., Bristol Technology, Flexi International, YWCA of City of New York and Accessory Specialties.
